Got a brand new microwave and it worked great until one day it made a terrible screeching noise. Thought that was strange but it worked normally for about a week then it stopped working. After spending a combined 3 hours on hold, finally got to the help line. Which then transferred me to another help line with a different company. Fix the microwave and it™™s a 5/5

This is the microwave our builder supplied, and we are happy with it. Some of the options are limited, however. For example, to melt or soften butter you can only choose from one stick or 2 so if you only need to melt half a stick you have to watch it to see when it's melted. The same with reheating, you only have the choice of 8oz, 16 oz or 32 oz. It would be nice to be able to manually enter the amount of what you are putting in the microwave for a more accurate cook time.

This over the stove microwave is awesome! It™™s huge, perfect size to fit everything you need to put in there. And everything you need to keep warm! It works great! Warms up anything. And keeps warm. I never really cooked in it. But have defrosted everything from half a lbs to 5 lbs of meat! And worked out great. No complaints at all!

The good news is that this microwave works great at warming food and has plenty of space. While bigger than our last one, it was still within the same measurements to be a good replacement. The vent unit seems to be strong based upon its sound yet doesn't seem to pull a lot of steam. I don't know if this is our duct work or the microwave...I've read mixed reviews. Thanks

Purchased a brand new house. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to choose my appliances they were here once i closed on my property. Six months later, the door mechanism went. If the door mechanism doesnt work the microwave doesnt lock in order to use the microwave the light stays on and it doesnt allow you to press any buttons. THIS IS A ONE PERSON HOUSEHOLD! Granted its under manufacturer warranty. Took 3 days to place a service order, due to high call volume. Fully explained the issue to the customer setvice rep. Appointment was 3 weeks out. Only for the technician to say, ™Its CHEAP™ the part is on backorder with no ETA at this time. Really!!! They couldve told me that over the phone prior to a tech coming out. This all occurred a few weeks before Christmas. Ow its mid January! Will i ever be able to use my microwave again! I deserve a new one at this rate! I will be switching out all of my appliances very soon if this issue isnt rectified sooner than later. I get parts are on backorder- BUT NO ETA for such a huge company is PATHETIC!!!! I will be contacting my builder to tell them not to use you guys ever Again!!!

Your base Over-The-Range Microwave. Nothing fancy which can be a good thing. It does everything I need. Setting the clock is not intuitive. Other than that everything else is intuitive. So why not 5 stars? This is a base model, it would need more options to get to a 5 star.
