Sleek look. Stainless steel stays clean , no fingertips marks. Sensor cooking is very good, cooked rice with ease. Popcorn is another story, maybe I haven't mastered it yet. It eaither burns the kernels or leaves half the bowl not popped.

First of all, I love the new Microwave BUT it must have come from the factory in the DEMO Mode. It would only run for 3 sec. and shut off. I spent 1 hours and 20 minutes on the phone with Customer Service. All she wanted to do was a Buy Back. Someone should train customer service that when it runs for only 3 sec. it is in DEMO Mode. When the Costco delivery man came a week later to install a new unit he knew exactly what was wrong. Amazing that someone who does not work for Frigidaire knows more about their product that they do. So what I am saying is that Costco and my new Microwave are outstanding but Customer Service at Frigidaire is far from adequate.

Got it in the OTR Frigidaire Gallery purchased as excellent open-box from Best Buy. Love the sensory cook/reheat, and the powerful but quiet recirculating vent! Lots of cooking features and options, only had it a week so haven't used them all yet! Easy to clean and resists lots of fingerprints on it's own. Definitely a great but and we're excited to have in be the first of many Frigidaire Gallery appliances in our upgraded kitchen.
