Love the look and design of this fridge. Lots of space and drawers. Water and 2 ice makers are very convenient. Like the no fingerprint option. Would have been a 5 star except for the same problem previous customer reported about dents in bottom freezer drawer, right door and left side indent of French door.Will be contacting company for my options to fix problem.

So much room inside! Love the dual ice makers and in door water dispenser. Great features™¦from setting it for a quick freeze or turning the ice maker on or off it has it all. The LED lighting is bright and having a soda can dispenser in the door is wonderful for the kids! Very happy with this refrigerator!!

French Door counter depth. There is a dent (pushed in area) in the top left door and two small dents in the freezer door. Retailer says I am covered under cosmetic warranty. Third party repair service says parts are back-ordered. I'm wondering how long this is going to string out. Otherwise, the unit seems good. Had to adjust fresh food temp up due to freezing in the crisper. Replaced a 8-year old Frigidaire Gallery side by (that went to my daughter), but we had been very happy with that unit.

So far so good. Only gripe is the bottom ice maker stacks ice a little too high & 1-2 ice cubes always fall out when you open the freezer.

Chose French Door over Side by Side. This model has a second ice tray in the freezer which we like. We like the arrangement inside, love the deli tray, lots of space, quiet.

We are incredibly impressed with all the features of our Gallery Refrigerator. It is very quiet and easy to use. The instructions on set up were super easy and the information on replacement parts were included. It is easy to clean and is exactly what we expected.

Certainly an upgrade from previous fridge. Had it less than a month Have not hooked up water line yet. Well made, quiet, like the progressive lighting and extra room. Happy with overall look, especially the counter depth.

I couldn't believe how bad my previous fridge was after purchasing this.It has lots of room and is very bright inside. My only problems are the following:1. Motor noise can be loud at times. 2. Freezer ice maker tray can spill into floor if it is too full.

We purchased this model because it matched the rest of the Frigidaire gallery appliances in our newly purchased home (sellers kept the fridge). So we knew it would fit the tight space and match perfectly. It™™s a very nice fridge and functional. Plenty of space in the fridge and freezer and I love how the French doors make everything so visible and right up at eye level. My only complaint would be that when the shelves on the inside of the door aren™™t completely full with products everything flings around and falls over when the doors get closed. It probably won™™t be much of a problem as we fill it more. And it™™s only a problem because the shelves are so deep and spacious. Overall, a good fridge and we are very pleased.

My Frigidaire has great storage for vegetables and fruits in the Crispseal drawers. I also love the full length drawer for my cheese, bacon and lunch meats. And of course, the pull out freezer drawer is perfect for our frozen foods; it is so easy and convenient to access those frozen items.

We love the refrigerator, but the handle for the freezer would not attach. The factory installed the wrong mounts on the actual freezer door. When I worked with customer service to get new mounting hardware, they only sent one of the two mounts.

Its been about a month and I'm still pleased. Its very cold, although the water dispensed is kind of room temp. Ice cubes are sort of small but plentiful for my needs. No real issues or complaints; I'd buy it again

French door style works very well! Like bottom freezer too. Shelving height options good. Had some issues lettuce freezing when placed upper shelf. Overall satisfied with quality. In retrospect, should have purchased full size model versus counter depth. Miss the extra space at holiday time.

I am loving my new Counter-depth French door fridge. It looks great in my kitchen and gives more space which is important in a galley kitchen. Even though this is 21.7 cubic ft, I feel like I have more space than my old 25 cubic some by side. We still had space after putting the Thanksgiving leftovers in the fridge! I enjoy the small ice cubes with the door ice maker and the option for bigger ice cubes with the freezer ice maker.The digital controls are easy to understand and use. I love this new fridge.

At a time when so many appliances are out of stock, this really was the only fridge that fit my requirements and I am very pleasantly surprised. It™™s really spacious and everything is working well and it came on time(less than a week) The water on the door isn™™t too cold but comes out fast. Tons of ice! & It™™s quiet. Very happy with this Frigidaire!

The counter depth fridge fits perfectly in our existing cabinetry giving it a built in look. We like the French doors with full width storage and all refrigerated items are within easy reach without doing squats. My wife loves it, which makes this the perfect choice!

The day I received the refrigerator, I found the lights on the left panel do not go on (after delivered I had to hook up, level and plug the fridge in). The temp in the fridge section shows it is set at 35 degrees, yet an appliance thermometer reads 30 degrees ... anything in the lower compartments freeze. Two ice makers that continue to make ice, even when turned off. The lower ice maker has an arm, that regardless of whether it is up or down, continues to make ice. The top ice make, even with the ice maker system turned off through the control panel, still makes ice. I purchased this fridge because our had broken, and what we wanted would not arrive for two-three weeks ... We heard good things about this fridge, so we "settled" on it. Why would you have two ice makers and then have a water dispenser that serves warm water? What not serve chilled water like most other makers do? As for the 21.7 cu ft claim, I would say it is more closer to 18-19 cu ft. The layout of shelving just is not configured correctly to accept 21.7 cubit feet.

Refrigerator is nice in general, but the freezer door mechanism is not the greatest. This causes the freezer not to be sealed tight and frost builds up easily.

This is an overpriced piece of garbage. The refrigerator lasted barely two months before it started having issues. Water lines running hot, condenser fans needing to be replaced. "Registering" product does nothing as I did so online, was prompted to create an account, then told in my account I have no registered products. Try to register it again, and it tells me my item (serial number) has already been registered with someone else...which happens to be me but they won't show it on my account so I can use my warranty. Convenient. The condenser fan has already gone faulty and makes a ridiculous racket. Thank goodness it's within 90 days and Lowes will take this piece of junk back.

I think it was put together on a Friday afternoon, the main area wasn™™t plugged in to the bottom so it didn™™t keep cold !!! Repair fixed it up ™thank you™and now it works great ! 5 months later !

Except for the dent on outside drawer prior to delivery, I love everything about this frig! Craft ice in door, small pieces and regular in bottom drawer. Door one doesn™™t hold much but bottom does.

Very unhappy. Had it 2 weeks. Sending back. Not sealed properly. Can see inside and cold air leaks from freezer. Defrost cycle got "stuck" for 3 hours and everything melted with water everywhere.
