Used one time for pizza. The racks look like they have been used for a long time. Also the bottom storage drawer does not slide in right and the inside metal on the right side of the drawer is not attached. For the price I am very disappointed. Would not buy again. If this is not taken care of will not buy ge brand again.

Terrible bottom drawer

The bottom drawer is not on a track. When you open it, it just falls out on the floor. And there™€™s no handle so you get finger prints all over it. My last GE comparable model from 2002 had rails for the bottom drawer and a recessed pull. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Like how did this make it through design approval and quality control?? Anything worth doing is worth doing right and you failed, GE.

I was used to the GE profile, which had on the front edge of the cooktop an indicator box. The box had a light connected to each burner. When the burner was in use and until such point it wasn't hot, a corresponding red light would show. The indicator light on this model is a light on the back panel under the clock, indicating the cooktop is in use. Anyone entering the kitchen, not aware I was at the stove, could put something ontop of the cooktop not knowing which burner had been engaged. I have used the Pizza function and that is a great feature.

Previously, we had an air fry appliance and the fan was loud. Fan is very quiet on this unit. The glass top is attractive and easy to clean. The 1 year warranty concerns me and the reliability in the future will be the true rating of this appliance and will decide what I purchase in the future. I am employed, as a Quality Lead, by a washer and dryer company that designs our appliances to last 25 years.

The stove looks nice, although I prefer white which is too expensive. BUT, the bottom stove drawer is garbage! Flimsy, too shallow to be a benefit. Junk. They didn't make them like they used to apparently. Next time I will go back to Whirlpool. We'll see how this one behaves though

Someone not me, has decided that appliance should have square corners instead of a radius. I prefer rounded corners they went so far as to show round burners as squares under the knobs. I'm finding the protective plastic coating on the oven control panel impossible to remove. I do like the additional features including the built in air fryer and convection oven feature.

Range is very "User Friendly". Reading a manual is almost unneeded. It performs as advertised, the temperature is exactly as the readout displays, cleaning the stovetop so far has been fast and easy. The bottom storage drawer is actually spacious enough to be useable.
