The unit works very well with great suction and mobility. The floor head swivells easily to catch dirt in corners and around furniture legs. Easy to recharge up with the stand alone charging unit. The run time is acceptable on a full charge. The handled vacuum is a wonderful tool, as it comes with several attachments, included among the attachments is a furniture vacuum that worked extremely well on our sofa.

I like the vacuum, picks up pet hair fairly well and is lightweight and easy to use. I do not like the filter system as it tends to clog from dog hair and needs frequent cleaning and the frequent emptying. I have had Electrolux vacuums most of my life, and they are the best, but I do miss my old Electrolux upright!

We owned one of these previously. We bought a new one and donated the old one.The new one came, but was defective. Would not turn on, it felt like there was a problem with the main power button. But Electrolux' customer service was really very good. I didn't have to wait a long time to speak with someone and get the return process started. They sent a replacement quickly. We got it before Xmas.I can only give it a 4 star since the first one was defective. But the great customer service from Electrolux made a big difference. Its really reassuring when a company stands behind their product.

Vacuum handles very well good swivel and corners. It through picks up on the pet hair and is very quiet which is a plus with cats also it does not eat small area rugs but cleans them perfectly!

There are many of these cordless vacs out there to choose from. My initial review on line for this vac saw solid reviews. From a design point of view, I appreciate that the motor is mounted in the middle thus being a little more vacuum efficient. Once out of the box and put to use, the light weight design and swivel head was awesome to use. Best of all, the unit simply vacuums great! Was happy to trade up to this unit from a corded, large Shark vac.

I enjoy using the vacuum. I like the way the head swivels making it easier to get into hard to reach places. I like the light so I can see what I am vacuuming up, I like seeing the evidence of dog hair and dust etc being picked up in the canister and like that it is so light weight and cordless. I had to get used to seeing all the stuff in the garbage once I dumped into the garbage as my prior vacuums had bags.

We loved this vacuum from day one. The standing charger makes it easy to store while charging, and the detachable ™dustbuster™ is great for the car and small spaces. The pet brush is great for upholstery, even if you don™™t have a pet, and the attachments make it easy to get into every crevice.

Absolutely fantastic. We were staying at a vacation home by the beach that had this vacuum. After a day out I noticed our dog had tracked in a ton of sand and dirt. I grabbed this little giant and to my surprise it effortlessly cleaned up the mess. This thing outperformed our very expensive stick vacuum at home. I immediately ordered one while still on vacation. Back at home now and we absolutely love it, and our housekeeper is very impressed as well. It makes quick work of vacuuming the entire space, and it's super convenient for quick cleanups. I love how lightweight and powerful it is, and how it easily navigates around and under furniture. And, emptying the waste container is a cinch. Elctrolux has knocked it out of the park with this one!

This vacuum arrived broken. I charged it fully and I removed it from the base. Will not hold the charge. Shuts off after 1 second. The customer service is awful. The upload portal does not work. The customer service agent has not responded since I sent the documents in the email. Very disappointed.

Really easy to use (almost too easy) because I'm using it every day. We have tile floors, except for the bedrooms, and wanted something easy. This did not disappoint. Thought I would use the handheld more but it's just easier to use the stick. Pick up of cat hair and litter that gets off the catcher is terrific. Really does after great job on the carpet. Very happy that I can get all the way under the beds also.

I love this vac. One of my rugs has black squares and it is always catching hair and dust. My fancy Miele has never been able to pick up all the stuff. The new little vac does a great job in seconds. The instruction manual, however, is terrible--hard to understand. A few words of explanation, instead of just graphics would be better.

this is a really delightful little machine that can be used for quick pickups pet hair for couches with the portable handheld vacuum or the standup model that has a light so you can see underneath beds and things like that. The set up was really easy and the quality seems pretty darn good.

So far, I am loving this vacuum. I have had a Kirby for 30+ years and anyone who has used one knows they are great at vacuuming but heavy beasts. This is the first cordless stick vacuum I have ever owned but being a vacuum snob, I was impressed with how well it sucked up the pet hair and dirt. I love how easy it is to push around and the fact that you store it on a nice charging stand. Vacuuming used to be a chore going and getting my big vacuum out and carrying it upstairs. Now I vacuum all the time, a little here and a little there. Now..... will this little powerhorse last??? Time will tell.

I bought this vacuum for my 92 year old Mom, and we both LOVE it!! it is so light weight and easy to maneuver, we both can use it with ease!! it has such powerful suction, I used it after vacuuming a room with our old vacuum and the dust cup was FULL!! its so easy to snap all the different parts in place, and with all the attachments we can clean absolutely everything !!!! I can't wait to get one for myself as well!!
