Electrolux, if you are still listening, why doesn't the package explain what it filters? Sediment?, Minerals?, Chemicals?, Organic Compounds? Just says clear and odor free... that doesn't say much.

Bought the filter and water filter as a combo pack. Although this pack is a little on the expensive side, the filters last a long time and I know I'm getting Electrolux parts. Easy to purchase and fast shipping.

Not much to say about filters but that they fit. Only four stars because it was hard to know if they would fit. The part numbers didn™™t match and the water filter didn™™t look the exact same as the original filter, but all worked perfectly

Well, although I doubted that the parts were the same, the day after installing, our ice maker started working again. Our water still doesn™™t work though. I do wish that the change in looks of the parts would have been mentioned so I would have felt less anxious about using them especially since it was closed to $60

its a replacement combo pkg. Water and air filters. Installation of water filter is no brainer only goes in one way. Directions should have said run through before drinking or making ice cubes. Air filter went in the same way it came out.

I like the convenience of having these sent every 9 months.The instructions on the water filter package didn't say anything about removing the protective end caps. I struggled with getting it inserted, and had to get out the appliance manual where it was clear that the end caps have to be removed before insertion.
